The AI framework that brings customer and employee experience workflows, omnichannel agents and business analytics into one platform, and keeps data and IP with the client.
Sunrise, Fla., Oct 30 – IntiCo AI, a global AI firm specializing in AI-powered customer and employee experience, today announced OpenCX, a comprehensive agentic AI framework for mid-market companies. OpenCX connects to the platforms a company already uses, brings that data into one framework, and runs AI agents that answer only from the company’s own information.
IntiCo built OpenCX around the three concerns that business leaders raise most often when they adopt AI: where their data goes, who has access to it, and what the AI does when it does not have an answer.
What OpenCX includes
OpenCX is a comprehensive AI framework which houses the orchestrator, the AI agents, the model and the data, BI dashboard, within one unified platform. It includes agentic workflows for both customer experience and employee experience, omnichannel chatbots, and a live business analytics dashboard built on a company’s combined data normalized by their OpenCX Ai agents.
Data from a client’s existing platforms becomes centralized within OpenCX, where the model normalizes the data. Once normalized, the data and the intellectual property attached to it belong to the client as a local asset. OpenCX runs on IntiCo’s servers, and IntiCo safeguards client data and helps clients meet the compliance and regulatory requirements of their industries.
OpenCX agents are trained on the client’s own data and answer only from it. When the answer is not in that data, the agent hands the conversation to a person on the client’s team.
“Companies keep telling us the same thing. They want AI working in their customer and employee operations, and they want to keep ownership of their data. OpenCX was designed around both of those requirements, which is why the agents answer from the client’s own data and the client keeps the IP,” said Oscar Gomez, CEO of IntiCo AI.
Availability
OpenCX is available beginning Oct 30, 2026 to companies in industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail and e-commerce, hospitality, and more. To learn more, please contact us at OpenCX.io
